How to Create a New Item in Xero & Import it to WMS

Follow these steps to add a new product or service in Xero:
Head to your Xero dashboard.
Click on the Business tab in the navigation bar.
Select Products and Services.
Click on the New Item button in the top right corner.
Enter the item number in the Code field.
Enter the item name in the Name field.
Enter the cost price for the item in the Cost Price field.
Click on the Purchase Account drop-down to select the appropriate account for the purchase.
Choose the tax rate from the drop-down.
Enter the sale price for the item in the Sale Price field.
Select a sales account from the Sales Account drop-down menu.
Select the tax rate from the drop-down.
Click the Save button to save and create the new item.
Once the item is created in Xero, follow these steps to import it into WMS:
Head back to the WMS.
Navigate to the Tools menu in the navigation bar.
Select Connect.
Click on Replicate from Accounting.
Click on the Express button to update records quickly.
Once the replication process is complete, you can start searching for the item you just created.
