Managing Historical Stock Adjustments Tutorial

In this tutorial, we'll explore the process of managing historical stock adjustments and learn the steps to reverse any that were made incorrectly.

Steps to Manage Historical Stock Adjustments:

  1. Select Tools from the top menu bar.
  2. Click on Stock History from the drop-down menu.
  3. This will open the complete stock register with a list of all transactions.
  4. Click on the Adjustments tab to view only adjustment orders.
  5. You can select the date range you want to filter the transactions between.
  6. You can also filter the adjustment order created in a specific location or even select a particular bin.
  7. You can also search by a specific batch serial number or a specific lot number.
  8. The display will present a comprehensive list of adjustment orders in accordance with the selected filters.
  9. Select the adjustment line and double-click on the adjustment order number.
  10. This will open the original adjustment order where you'll be able to review the initial counts and variances and make necessary adjustments to any line item using the former count or the updated correct figure.
  11. If you want to reverse the whole adjustment order, click on the Reverse Adjustment button.
  12. In the confirmation pop-up, click OK to proceed with reversing the adjustment order.
